Shipping
Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
- Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping — 1–2 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders above SGD $69
International Shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide
- Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed in our signature CrystalsVibesSG packaging — designed to protect your jewellery and make the unboxing experience a special moment. Each piece is nestled in a jewellery pouch, placed in our branded outer box, and accompanied by your Crystal Passport.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We take great care in ensuring every piece meets our quality standards before it leaves us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Please include your order number and reason for return
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at crystalsvibessg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5– 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
